Job Overview

FACT Construction LLC is hiring a hands-on Concrete Flatwork Foreman to lead and work alongside our crews on commercial, industrial, and federal concrete projects.

This is not a sit-in-the-truck role. Were looking for a true working foreman someone who leads by example, isnt afraid of physical work, and believes in teamwork over ego. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy mentoring others while still getting your hands dirty, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a concrete flatwork crew of 4+

• Perform and supervise layout, forming, rebar placement, and finishing

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and site plans

• Calculate and execute proper slopes and grades

• Set up and operate laser levels and layout instruments

• Operate finishing tools and equipment (walk-behind & ride-on trowels, screeds, etc.)

• Operate skid steers, forklifts, mini excavators, and related equipment

• Understand concrete mix designs and volume calculations

• Coordinate daily activities with project managers and other trades

• Maintain safe, organized, and OSHA-compliant job sites

• Lead by example in workmanship, safety, and productivity

• Be willing to be cross-trained in additional construction scopes as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of concrete flatwork/finishing experience

• 2+ years as a foreman or crew leader

• Strong layout, slope, and grade skills

• Ability to read blueprints and rebar drawings

• Comfortable operating construction equipment\

• Team-oriented mindset not afraid to contribute physically

• Willingness to lead AND work

• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

• Preferred (not required):ACI Certification

• OSHA 10 or 30CPR/First Aid

• Forklift & Fall Protection

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
