Home Health Care Agency is searching for Home Health Aides to provide services to individuals in the comfort of their own home.
These individuals are in need of assistance with caring for themselves because of age-related issues, declining abilities, sickness, disabilities and/or other infirmities.
Job responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>May include light housecleaning, laundry, meal preparations, community outings, medication administration or monitoring, companionship, assistance with hygiene, and other light duty household assignments.</li>
<li>This position requires that you ensure that these services are being delivered in a caring and professional manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.</li>
<li>CPR/First Aide and Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certifications MUST be current,</li>
<li>Dependability is also required, must be very trustworthy, can demonstrate outstanding client care services, able to work with others, the ability to control ones emotions, and have effective verbal and written communication skills. All applicants must be able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and hold a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.</li>
