As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you’ll be part of a highly skilled team producing silicone and plastic components used in life‑changing medical devices. Whether you join our Trimming, Molding, or Mill/Mix departments, your work directly supports the health and safety of patients around the world.
🌟 What You’ll DoMolding & Production
- Operate molding equipment to create high‑quality silicone and plastic components.
- Monitor molding presses or injection molding machines to ensure consistent performance.
- Load materials, remove molded parts, and perform basic quality checks.
- Document production data and communicate any process concerns.
Trimming & Finishing
- Trim, finish, and inspect molded components to meet strict cosmetic and quality standards.
- Remove flash and excess material using hand tools.
- Perform detailed visual inspections—often using a microscope—to identify defects such as tears, bubbles, or incomplete fills.
Mixing & Material Prep
- Prepare raw silicone and plastic materials by mixing and milling them into precise compounds.
- Weigh and mix materials according to batch records and formulas.
- Operate mixing and milling equipment safely and efficiently.

- Strong microscope inspection skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in cleanroom environments or medical device assembly.
- Excellent hand dexterity and comfort with small‑part assembly.
- A commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
