Overview

We are looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Support Specialist to help guide clients through the insurance licensing process. You’ll serve as a key resource for answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure customers feel supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat to clients with licensing-related questions

  • Troubleshoot common problems and escalate complex issues

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

  • Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service preferred

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using CRM software and Google Workspace

  • Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

  • Patience, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
