We are seeking a Bookkeeper in the Middlesex County, NJ area. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for full cycle accounts payables and accounts receivables functions, bank reconciliations, cash transcations, and more. Responsibilities:
• Record and manage cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain client financial records by reconciling accounts.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
• Generate financial reports to support client decision-making and business operations.
• Ensure all bookkeeping activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks - online and desktop versions.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with online banking systems and payment processing methods.
