• Greet visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and positive first impression.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
• Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
• Support team members by performing additional clerical duties as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Competence in email correspondence and written communication.
