Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students from preschool through 8th grade with moderate to severe and extensive communication needs. This role is based onsite at multiple school locations in Sunnyvale, CA, and runs from ASAP through the end of the school year with a commitment of 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students with varying communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting expressive and receptive language, articulation, fluency, and social communication skills.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in professional development and clinical mentorship opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

  • Current California license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CA Licensed SLP) is required.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, including students with moderate to severe speech and language needs.
  • Familiarity with caseload management and intervention strategies appropriate for preschool through middle school students.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth through clinical advisory support.
