Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to create engaging visual elements that communicate complex data and messaging. This role involves designing various graphic materials, including maps, diagrams, charts, graphs, and document layouts, as well as supporting the creation of presentations and marketing assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Visual Content: Create maps, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other infographic elements that effectively communicate information.
  • Layout Design: Develop document layouts, PowerPoint templates, presentations, sponsorship ads, displays, and banners.
  • Research: Conduct research to gather relevant information for the creation of accurate, informative, and visually appealing graphics.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers and subject matter experts to understand project goals and translate them into high-quality designs.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain visual integrity across materials.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Design Skills: Experience in creating both print and digital media, including maps, charts, graphs, and infographics.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure design accuracy and quality across various materials.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Work Setting: Fully remote
