Job DescriptionDescription:

The Customer Account Coordinator serves as a central point of contact between our company and our clients. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless order processing, managing customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating logistics, and supporting internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. The Coordinator will perform a wide range of administrative, clerical, and logistical functions, ensuring timely and accurate communication and execution.

Requirements:


· Serve as the primary liaison for customers, providing timely responses to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

· Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

· Communicate order status, backorders, delays, shortages, and delivery updates to customers.

· Provide support for live customer interactions via phone, email, or at the front desk.

· Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations.

· Schedule incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring all customer-specific requirements are coordinated and met.

· Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams on stock status.

· Assist in resolving logistics-related issues including shipping delays, overages, or damaged goods.

· Work with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.

· Perform accurate data entry for customer records, orders, and shipping documentation.

· Submit and reconcile expense reports.

· Assist in preparing and reviewing basic financial statements and reports.

· Support accounts receivable/payable functions and assist with payroll processing as needed.

· Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned to support the team and overall business operations.

Required Qualification:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or administrative support.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning internal systems.

· Experience with order entry, scheduling freight, or working with logistics/inventory systems is a plus.

· Ability to problem-solve and work independently as well as part of a team.
