Job Description
Position: Cashier, server, beer and wine tender
We are seeking a long term relationship with a “people person” that would be invested in our team as well as be a customer focused ambassador of our restaurant. We will provide the mentoring, training, tools and consistent feedback needed to become a successful member within our team. You would primarily take orders, pour beverages, pass out orders, clean and restock dining areas. You would also assist the kitchen team with basic food prep, restocking and cleaning. You would work 18 to 23 hours per week. Your starting wage will be $17.25 per hour plus “pooled” cash tips of at least $3 per hour.
Key Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old, because we serve alcohol
- Follow all laws and policies
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Consistent detailed follow though ensuring all processes and procedures are completed as per our high standards
- Constantly project a great attitude
- Effectively communicating to prevent operational obstacles and people issues as well as promptly resolving them
- Energetic superb work ethic
- Ability to multi task quickly and effectively in a high volume and fast paced work environment
- Complete tasks individually as well as work in a team environment
- Exceptional cleanliness and organization
- Uncompromising attendance and punctuality
- Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
