• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Adapt to changing priorities and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold company policies and standards while delivering exceptional service.• Proven experience in call center or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Familiarity with order entry procedures and systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Skilled at managing time and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
