• Start: Immedicate
• 8 weeks contract
• Shift: Nights (7p-7a)
• Weekly Pay: $1500 ( including Stipend )

****perm address +50 mi from facility****

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and assess patients' health status, including vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team and family members.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention to promote ongoing wellness.

Requirements

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• IV Certification
• NIH
• BLS; ACLS
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform nursing procedures and tasks competently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
