What Our Client Needs:

A Content Management & Merchandising Manager to oversee all content, personalization, and merchandising across the organization’s public-facing websites. This position will manage content strategy, digital experience optimization, and the ongoing maintenance of enterprise-level content platforms to support business objectives and elevate the user experience.


Who You Are:

You are an excellent communicator with strong editing and proofreading skills. You have a solid understanding of site merchandising principles and e-commerce best practices and bring experience managing enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS), ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

You’re organized, analytical, and able to manage complex projects from concept to completion. You have experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and you’re comfortable leveraging data to drive decisions.

You bring 3–5 years of experience in content management, digital merchandising, or a similar role, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. You’re experienced with personalization and A/B testing platforms (such as Adobe Target or Optimizely) and have a working knowledge of UX/UI design principles and basic HTML.


What You’ll Do:

You will develop and manage a comprehensive content and merchandising calendar that aligns with key business goals, product launches, and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute web content initiatives, ensuring timely publication and optimization across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:


Content Management & Strategy:

  • Serve as a key administrator for the website’s CMS (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and voice
  • Conduct regular content audits to remove outdated or redundant materials
  • Manage and organize digital assets (images, videos, PDFs, etc.) within AEM


Site Merchandising & Personalization:

  • Support strategic display and promotion of products and services to drive conversions
  • Optimize product categorization, search filters, and product content for usability
  • Develop and implement targeting and personalization strategies
  • Analyze site performance to identify patterns and recommend improvements
  • Execute A/B and multivariate testing for content, banners, and calls-to-action

General Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

  • Perform content and site updates directly within the CMS for both websites
  • Apply basic HTML and CSS knowledge for front-end edits and formatting
  • Implement SEO and AEO best practices to optimize visibility across search and AI platforms
  • Support ongoing enhancement of site search functionality and user experience
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate requirements
  • Maintain strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple projects


This position requires no travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.


What You’ll Need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content management, digital merchandising, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with personalization tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, UX/UI, and SEO best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

Pay range: $90,000–$115,000, plus participation in the annual bonus program.
