Position Summary
We’re hiring a Production Planning Lead to oversee site-level planning and ensure alignment with business goals. You’ll manage production schedules, optimize inventory, and lead a team focused on delivering quality and efficiency. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
- Experience leading teams in manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean and change management
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years in production planning or supply chain
- Experience with SIOP, MPS, and ERP systems
- Strong planning and performance management skills
Position Overview
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the production planning team
- Managing SIOP reviews and MPS processes
- Creating daily/weekly plans based on inventory and material availability
- Monitoring performance and driving corrective actions
- Supporting stakeholder communication and reporting
- Implementing process improvements
- Ensuring safety and compliance
- Coaching and developing team members
- Collaborating across departments to meet business goals
