We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of an affordable housing portfolio and partner closely with asset managers, investors, and lenders.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare monthly financials, reconciliations, and reporting packages
- Manage investor distributions, capital calls, and lender reporting
- Coordinate with joint venture partners and internal teams
- Support budgets, forecasts, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills
- Experience with property accounting systems (RealPage a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
