We’re partnering with a public school district in Franklin County, MA to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a school-based role supporting PreK–12 students across the district.
The BCBA will collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and support staff to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans that promote positive student outcomes in a school setting.
Position Details:
Location: In-person, Franklin County, MA
Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday; either 7:30 AM–2:00 PM or 8:15 AM–3:15 PM
School Year: 2025/2026
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students across PreK–12 settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
- Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and data collection
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children in school or educational settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based behavioral supports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
