Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.

• Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings.
• Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and continuity.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.




Qualifications include licensure in Virginia as an NP or PA, with preferred wound care and home health experience. Strong clinical skills, communication, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.




We offer a competitive hourly rate ($55–$70), flexible schedules, health benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training. This is a full-time or part-time role with an autonomous, on-the-road work environment aimed at improving patient outcomes.
