Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high call volumes (150+ daily) with professionalism and empathy in the HVAC industry
- Schedule service appointments using CRM tools and scripts
- Confirm and update customer information accurately
- Communicate delays or changes proactively
- Promote additional services and current promotions
- Resolve customer concerns by collaborating with internal teams
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain service quality by adhering to company standards
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (retail or restaurant backgrounds welcome!)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Ability to work 10:30a-7p shift
Position Details:
- Pay: $19-$223hr, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-7:00 PM
- Location: Onsite in Woodbury, MN
- Type: Contract-to-hire (approx. 6 months)
