About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign management, digital marketing, analytics, and global communication strategies. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring of key company metrics, including pipeline generation, revenue from marketing initiatives, ROI, cost per lead and opportunity, and other performance indicators.
Planning and execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and projects to generate and qualify sales leads, including webinars, gated content, email campaigns, SEO, social media, Google Ads, and more.
Planning and organization of global events, both sponsored and proprietary, targeting customers and prospects.
Planning and implementation of global communication strategies, including content creation, nurturing sequences, social media management, and product releases.
Management of freelancers supporting these global initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and execution excellence.
Performance Monitoring Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on key company metrics, including:
Pipeline generation and attribution
Revenue from marketing initiatives
ROI on campaigns and channels
Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per opportunity (CPO)
Other key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to marketing effectiveness
Use data-driven insights to guide strategy adjustments and optimize marketing spend.

Campaign Planning Execution
Design, plan, and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate and qualify sales leads.
Oversee multi-channel marketing programs including:
Webinars, gated content, and whitepapers
Email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences
SEO/SEM initiatives and Google Ads
Organic and paid social media campaigns
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals.

Global Event Management
Plan and manage global events — both sponsored and proprietary — targeting customers, partners, and prospects.
Coordinate event logistics, communications, and post-event lead management.
Ensure consistent brand representation and impactful engagement in all event activities.

Global Communication Branding
Develop and execute global communication strategies that support product launches, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
Manage and oversee:
Content creation and editorial calendars
Social media presence and engagement strategies
Press releases, newsletters, and product announcements
Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms and regions.

Qualifications Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Proven experience with global campaigns, demand generation, and performance tracking.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Experience working with international teams and managing external vendors.
