Arizona Fiduciary Services provides professional fiduciary support for probate, estates, guardianships, and conservatorships. Our work is highly detail-driven and focused on protecting vulnerable individuals and properly managing their assets. Were looking for a dependable Office Intern who wants hands-on experience in a legal/fiduciary office setting.
Position Overview:
This internship is ideal for someone interested in law, social services, finance, or office administration. Youll support day-to-day operations and learn how a fiduciary practice manages client documentation, court deadlines, and sensitive records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing, scanning, organizing, and maintaining client documents.
- Help prepare basic paperwork, letters, and internal forms.
- Support the fiduciary team with administrative tasks and case organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Manage incoming mail, phone calls, and appointment scheduling (as assigned).
- Run light errands or court deliveries (if applicable).
- Learn and follow Arizona fiduciary office procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential material.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, document management).
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Interest in legal, probate, or fiduciary work is a plus.
- Must pass a background check (if your firm requires one let me know if you want this included or removed).
