We are currently seeking a Sales Associate with strong relationship-building skills, excellent English communication, and a professional approach to representing the company. Bilingual is a plus. Position Summary
The Sales Associate will support customers by preparing and delivering quotes via email and phone (customer list provided), and managing the sales process from initial inquiry through order placement and payment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Quote customers via email and phone (customers provided)
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with prospective and existing clients
- Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity/sales reports
- Understand and promote company programs and services
- Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders
- Answer client questions regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability
- Maintain organized documentation and accurate communication throughout the sales process
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience (aviation industry experience required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with customers and suppliers
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong decision-making abilities
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow with the company
- Bilingual is a plus

We maintain over 200,000 line items in a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse, packed and ready for immediate shipment, with 24/7 AOG exchange support available for urgent needs.
