What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Service Department
• Drive profitability, efficiency, and CSI performance
• Coach and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Oversee workflow, scheduling, and daily operations
• Maintain BMW standards for customer experience and warranty compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Current or recent Service Manager / Assistant Service Manager experience
• Automotive dealership background required (BMW or luxury preferred)
• Proven track record of performance (CSI, profitability, retention)
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
• Stable work history and reputation within Fixed Ops
