We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a strong “hunter” mentality—someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess roofing needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, bids, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities using CRM software.
