Physical Therapist Opening
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour
Salary: $80K to $100K/year depending on experience plus full benefits
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join a private physical therapy practice in Pompano Beach, FL. You will provide one-on-one care, guide patients through treatment, and help them make steady progress toward recovery goals. With one patient seen each hour, this role gives you the time to stay present and deliver thoughtful care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop care plans
- Deliver treatment sessions based on each patient’s needs
- Support patients through exercise instruction and functional training
- Reassess outcomes and revise plans as needed
- Communicate clearly with patients about progress and next steps
- Document visits thoroughly and accurately
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
