Billing Clerk (Transportation)
 
South Bay Auto Auction is looking for a highly motivated, reliable, billing clerk to join our transportation department. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, ability to organize, and excellent communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Creating invoices and credit memos</li>
<li>Data Entry and Scanning</li>
<li>Audit data input for accuracy of final bill</li>
<li>Follow up on bills and necessary missing paperwork</li>
<li>Maintain daily billing reports</li>
<li>Daily audit of unbilled loads</li>
<li>Process incoming payments and billings</li>
<li>Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues</li>
<li>Assist with additional clerical functions</li>
</ul>
 Skills/Qualities
<ul>
<li>Basic computer knowledge</li>
<li>Microsoft Excel and Word</li>
<li>Excellent communication</li>
<li>Detail oriented</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Self-motivated</li>
<li>Organized</li>
<li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance</li>
