About the Role
Champion & Nash HVAC is seeking a highly skilled Master HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced technician with 5-10 years of residential HVAC service experience who can diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualified candidates will receive a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the HVAC Service Manager.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions
- Establish strong customer rapport and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site and service vehicle
- Accurately document work performed and recommendations
- Participate in company training, meetings, and events
- Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
- 5-10 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, components, diagnostics, and installation practices
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex service issues
- Experience using ServiceTitan is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Must prioritize safety and maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe working practices
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, hear, and communicate
- Must be able to climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
- Work is performed in varying weather conditions throughout the year
