Schedule/Hours:
- Days: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Call possible
- May float to stepdown unit
Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in critical care/ICU settings
- Familiarity with MedHost EMR system preferred
- Willingness to float to Stepdown as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to ICU patients, maintaining patient ratios of 2:1 or 3-4:1
- Respond effectively to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Accurately document care in the MedHost EMR system
- Adapt quickly to float assignments in the Stepdown unit as required
