<p>We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Manage the manufacturing process of cable assemblies and harnesses with a hands on approach.</li>
<li>Oversee the production process.</li>
<li>Ensure that production follows appropriate workflow and assembly methods, making it cost effective.</li>
<li>Meet manufacturing performance and quality goals.</li>
<li>Hire, schedule and train production staff.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of ISO 9001 AND WHMA 620.</li>
<li>Minimum of four years management experience in production/manufacturing industry.</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities.</li>
<li>Goal oriented.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
