Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active, state-approved license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged students is highly valued
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to excel independently and within a team setting
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting specific speech and language goals
- Lead engaging and effective therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Diligently document progress, adapting interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, counselors, and parents—to ensure holistic support
- Provide guidance and education to families, empowering them as key partners in their child’s therapy
