Job Summary:The Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll operations with a primary focus on accurate data entry and administrative support. This role has a limited scope of responsibility within a defined work area and plays a key part in assisting the Pay & Benefits delivery team to ensure payroll data is processed correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate payroll-related data entry within assigned systems
- Support day-to-day payroll processing activities
- Assist the Pay & Benefits delivery team with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure payroll information is entered correctly and maintained according to internal standards
- Follow established payroll procedures and guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of payroll processes
- Data entry proficiency
- Ability to follow standard procedures and instructions
- Team-oriented mindset
