RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales customers

Network with local general contractors, property managers, building owners, insurance companies, etc.

Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer service as a key priority for business referrals and repeat business
-
Accurately assess project conditions to provide proper solution tailored to each customer
-
Create project take-offs from existing field conditions.

Compile project submittals and material orders for specified projects
-
Provide roofing information - price, quality, point of sales material
-
Resolve customer orders, inquiries and problems
-
Provide accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers and project completion
-
Keeps sales management informed by submitting activity and results reports through sales tracking software

Schedule, coordinate and oversee all jobs that are sold.

Attend weekly sales meetings in Augusta, GA
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION SKILLS

Solid understanding of the commercial roofing/construction industry
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Able to travel regionally - looking to add one candidate to the Augusta market and two others in neighboring regional markets

Must be a self-starter with a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve.

Team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude

Strong social, networking, and relational skills

Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential

Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities

Ability to overcome rejections and drive the sales process
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 base salary plus uncapped commission
