The ideal candidate for this position is outgoing, a people person, passionate about food, good communication skills, can listen and take direction and is quick on your feet. Your main job duty will be to greet and seat our customers, answer the phone (calls and text messages), manage our reservation system on the tablet, assist server with presetting the tables for each reservation and bussing tables to get ready for the next turn. Pay is based on experience with evaluation after 90 days. Experience is preferred but we will train the right person. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work EVERY weekend. From now to end of September your schedule will be Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays 4-close (typically 9:30-10pm) and starting October 1st we add Wednesdays, same hours.
