Warehouse Coordinator / Clerk – Large logistics company seeks 2 Warehouse Coordinators / Clerks to work at their facility in Jurupa Valley, CA. This climate-controlled facility has free onsite parking and an employee lunchroom with a microwave.
These are full-time positions where you’ll earn $19.75 an hour and work the day shift from 7AM to 3:30PM. Plus, you’ll enjoy weekly pay and direct deposit.
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be expected to:
- Follow directions from supervisors on where to place equipment and how to load trailers.
- Make sure each shipment includes the correct paperwork and products.
- Help with basic office and administrative tasks as needed.
- Keep computer records accurate and updated.
- Use WM9 / TLS systems to complete tasks.
- Investigate issues like extra items, missing items, damaged goods, or wrong loads.
- Scan load slips into the system.
- Check that all paperwork follows U.S. Customs rules and company guidelines.
- Make sure freight is handled, labeled, and tracked correctly.
- Collect and confirm details for each completed trailer.
To qualify for these Warehouse Coordinator positions, you must have:
- At least 2 years of related experience in the logistics industry.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills.
