Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Schedule:
We are offering both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible hours.
Our typical schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to all patients.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Evaluate and treat a variety of dental needs, including periodontal therapy and laser treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care.
Requirements:
- Active Indiana RDH license.
- BLS certification.
- Laser certification and local anesthesia certification are a plus but not required.
- Self-starter with a team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Open to both experienced hygienists and new graduates—mentorship is available.
Pay & Compensation:
- $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience.
