Schedule: M-F, Onsite, 8am to 5pm
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for accuracy and organization. You will play a key role in maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
