We are a dynamic mid-sized public accounting firm with a team of over 70 professionals, currently seeking an Audit Senior Manager who wants the opportunity to expand their skills and be an integral team member at a growing CPA firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to communicate and interact with clients
- Assurance experience including compilations, reviews and audits of non-public companies and not-for-profit organizations in a paperless environment
- Experience drafting financial statements and disclosures
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and strong accounting research capabilities.
- Time management skills to oversee a project workload, respond to client deadlines, and manage multiple client projects in an efficient manner
Job criteria and qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in audit at a public accounting firm
- CPA license
- Diverse range of experience in client size, industry, project hours, and types of work; preferred focus on smaller audit teams of 2-4 individuals completing audits in 2-6 weeks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of tax laws and ability to apply to clients in direct interaction
- Proactive and energetic personality and experience managing an audit team
