About This Opportunity:

Join an award-winning hospitality group operating restaurants, breweries, and hotels across Anchorage and Denali National Park. We're seeking an FOH Manager ready to lead high-volume operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage all front-of-house operations during opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • Coach, develop, and discipline team members through ongoing feedback
  • Manage guest relations and execute effective guest recovery
  • Oversee food and beverage quality and restaurant flow
  • Manage supplies, inventory, and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Participate in a structured Manager-in-Training program

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years high-volume restaurant management ($3-5M preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent service skills and passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • High personal integrity and professionalism

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand/walk entire shift (up to 12 hours)
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Continuously reach, bend, and stretch

Required:

  • TAPS and Food Handler or ServSafe Certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
  • Legal authorization to work in the US

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role
