About This Opportunity:
Join an award-winning hospitality group operating restaurants, breweries, and hotels across Anchorage and Denali National Park. We're seeking an FOH Manager ready to lead high-volume operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage all front-of-house operations during opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Coach, develop, and discipline team members through ongoing feedback
- Manage guest relations and execute effective guest recovery
- Oversee food and beverage quality and restaurant flow
- Manage supplies, inventory, and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Participate in a structured Manager-in-Training program
What You Bring:
- 2+ years high-volume restaurant management ($3-5M preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent service skills and passion for hospitality
- Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High personal integrity and professionalism

Physical Requirements:
- Stand/walk entire shift (up to 12 hours)
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Continuously reach, bend, and stretch
Required:
- TAPS and Food Handler or ServSafe Certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Legal authorization to work in the US
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a supervisory or management role
