We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented pastry prep cook to support daily production in our from-scratch bakery.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on the foundational work behind our pastry program. The position includes both daily production prep and early morning bake responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Scale and mix doughs (croissant, brioche, cookies, etc.)
- Prepare fillings and components (frangipane, pastry cream, fruit, syrups)
- Prep inclusions (chocolate, nuts, etc.)
- Keep all pastry mise en place stocked, organized, and clearly labeled
- Maintain a clean, efficient workspace throughout production

- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Able to follow systems and standards closely
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
- Strong time management with the ability to work with urgency in a high-volume environment
- Reliable and punctual for early mornings
Position Details
- Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time
- Early morning availability required
