TMB, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Action Officer who brings expertise in PEO Ships/NAVSEA programs to support PEO Ships and the Team Ships Front Office (TSFO).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, accurate communication products, including briefs, point papers, strategic messaging, and analyses in response to short and long‑term leadership requirements.
  • Assess, organize, and lead and support strategic initiatives that enhance business practices, technical and programmatic processes, data management, and enterprise‑wide tasker responses.
  • Develop, integrate, and review executive‑level briefing materials, decision papers, read‑aheads, and reports for senior leadership engagements, milestone reviews, and program events.
  • Maintain comprehensive situational awareness of program priorities, risks, issues, and leadership initiatives to support effective engagement with Flag, SES, and acquisition leaders.
  • Facilitate cross‑organizational coordination to resolve issues, remove barriers, and support timely execution of program and organizational objectives.
  • Advise leadership on workflow efficiencies, communication strategies, and process improvement opportunities; implement enhancements to task management and administrative systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Navy Action Officer.
  • At least 10 years of Navy military or NAVSEA civilian experience.
  • Knowledge of PEO Ships and NAVSEA organizational frameworks, workflows, and processes.
  • Understanding of PEO Ships and NAVSEA missions, and organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Advanced writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and MS Project.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
