About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Director to drive revenue growth by expanding new and existing sales channels, increasing lead flow, and improving conversion across the funnel. The focus is on capitalizing quickly and effectively. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies that align tightly with our Ideal Customer Profile, working closely with Marketing to scale qualified leads in our pipeline, and optimizing the sales process to close more deals, faster. Success in this role means building repeatable processes for growth, leading by example and demonstrating sales early, guiding the sales team toward consistent performance, and identifying untapped opportunities that can accelerate sales momentum. Performance is measured by increasing conversion percentages, lowering CAC and increasing LTVs.
- Deeply understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Lead efforts to understand, refine, and operationalize our ICP based on data, market trends, and customer feedback to ensure sales efforts are focused on the highest-value opportunities.
- Expand lead funnel effectiveness: Partner closely with Marketing to align campaigns and messaging that attract high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Provide continuous feedback to optimize targeting, lead scoring, and handoff processes.
- Accelerate sales volume & conversion: Own sales outcomes by consistently driving pipeline growth, shortening sales cycles, and improving conversion. Focus on achieving and exceeding target conversion rates across all referral channels.
- Champion revenue growth: Take ownership of meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals by deploying effective sales strategies and holding the team accountable to performance metrics.
- Optimize Sales team enablement: Develop tools, playbooks, and coaching initiatives that increase individual rep performance. Ensure the team is equipped to communicate value effectively and close deals with confidence.
- Collaborate to improve buyer journey: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CX, and Product to remove pain points in the buyer journey, streamline onboarding, and improve the time-to-value for new customers.
- Maintain high-touch client engagement: Support client relationships during and up to the close of the sales process, ensuring smooth handoffs to CX for onboarding and through the first 90 days post-subscription.
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence: Lead by example to create a performance-driven, collaborative team culture that prioritizes responsiveness, adaptability, and continuous improvement in the pursuit of growth.
What We Look For
- 5+ years of prior SaaS Sales Management experience.
- Experience launching and scaling new revenue channels within SaaS is essential.
- Experience working on a remote team across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience
- Experience working with customers over the phone and by video conference calls.
- You are able to train clients in all levels of our software.
- High attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recurring revenue and subscription based business.
- Familiar with data analysis with a demonstrated ability to use these insights to drive sales strategy and decision making.
- You already know about Business Operating systems.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus

During the interview process, we’ll also ask you to take the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment™. The Predictive Index measures your most natural behavioral tendencies and overall learning ability. It is not used as a disqualification tool, but rather a way to help us understand overall job fit, create unique interview questions based on your preferences, and ultimately create a better onboarding experience if you inevitably join our team.

Compensation
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for uncapped variable compensation based on new business goals. Actual base salary within this range will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as any applicable employment laws. This salary range is for someone whose permanent address is in the United States.
