Supervise nursing staff and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
Monitor patient conditions, develop care plans, and oversee treatments.
Coordinate weekend unit operations and manage shift coverage.
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with facility standards, safety guidelines, and state regulations. Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in New York.
Prior experience in a supervisory/charge nurse role preferred.
Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) strongly desired.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
