Now Hiring: Production Manager Paint & Body ShopLead Our Collision Repair Team
We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy Paint & Body Shop. If you're a strong leader with collision repair expertise and hands-on experience using CCC ONE, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily production and workflow for the paint and body departments.
- Schedule repairs and ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process.
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, parts personnel, and insurance partners.
- Monitor repair quality, cycle times, and shop productivity.
- Ensure repairs meet OEM and company quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and motivate technicians to achieve production goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Required: Previous experience as a Collision Center Production Manager or similar leadership role.
- Required: Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating and shop management software.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and paint operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple repairs and meet production deadlines.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
