We are working directly with a great team in New Troy, MI to assist them in finding the right candidate for their CMM Programmer opportunity.
This is a direct Hire opportunity with an annual salary in the $65,000-$75,000 range.

Required Experience
- Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
- Experience with precision measurement tools and hand gauges
- Familiar with CMM programming and operation (PC-DMIS and/or MCOSMOS preferred, 2–5 years)
- Experience working in a quality control or manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CMM equipment to support production and quality control
- Measure products using CMM and other dimensional inspection tools
- Identify and document non-conforming products, escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production Control teams to support process flow and product compliance
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with engineering and quality requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support problem-solving efforts
- Monitor and troubleshoot software/hardware issues impacting CMM processes
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions (noise, dust, temperature changes)
- Ability to safely handle parts and materials
Work Environment
- Active manufacturing floor with moving equipment and forklifts
- May be exposed to noise, dust, fumes, and slippery surfaces at times
- Use of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, etc.) required when on the shop floor
