Job DescriptionAssistant Summer Camp Director Salem Gymnastics &amp; Swim Salem Gymnastics &amp; Swim is seeking a high-energy, organized, and team-focused Assistant Summer Camp Director to help lead a safe, engaging, and fun summer camp program. Responsibilities:

<li>Work closely with the Camp Director to oversee daily operations </li>
<li>Support, supervise, and motivate camp staff </li>
<li>Maintain an active leadership presence with campers and counselors </li>
<li>Assist with scheduling, organization, and implementation of camp themes and activities </li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and staff </li>
<li>Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive camp environment </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Strong leadership and organizational skills </li>
<li>Excellent communication with children, parents, and staff </li>
<li>Mature, dependable, and energetic </li>
<li>Experience working with children preferred </li>
</ul>
