1. Graduate nurse of an accredited school of nursing – BSN or ASN.

2. Current CA RN License.

3. BLS, ACLS, PALS, & NIHSS.

4. ABM/MAB/CPI certificate.

(BLS, ACLS, and PALS – must be completed only by American Heart Association)
