Registered Dietitian – Senior Care Program
Base Salary $85,000 - $96,000 /Year
Competitive Compensation package including base salary, $5,000 sign -on Bonus incentive and eligibility for quarterly bonus up to $500, and 10% annual bonus. Eligibility for bonuses are based on company metrics. Compensation breakdown will be discussed during interview process.

We’re hiring a Registered Dietitian for a structured senior care program serving older adults with complex medical needs all within a stable state of art clinic environment.
This is a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm position with no travel, no home visits, and no weekend coverage.

About the Role
Talent Strategies, LLC is hiring a Registered Dietitian to support a comprehensive senior care program serving medically complex older adults. This role is part of a coordinated PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model that allows participants to remain living safely and independently in their communities.
You’ll work alongside physicians, nurses, and care managers to deliver meaningful, whole-person nutrition care that directly impacts quality of life.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments
- Develop and manage individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide medical nutrition therapy for high-risk participants
- Monitor therapeutic diets and nutrition interventions
- Educate participants and caregivers
- Assess food access and coordinate meal or grocery support
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
- Support menu planning and nutrition quality initiatives
- Additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dietitian (RD / RDN) – Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Experience working with elderly or medically complex patients (1+ year preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- Epic EMR experience a plus
- PACE / ADHC / CBAS experience a plus
- Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese a plus
