Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students in a school setting. This role requires managing a caseload of approximately 55 students, providing essential therapy services across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and monitor progress throughout the school year.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for speech and language development.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state certification or license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a K-12 educational environment.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while providing quality care tailored to individual student needs.
