ON-SITE M-F, First Shift!
Responsibilities:
- Enter new and updated customer information into the database
- Compile and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Establish entry priorities
- Review data for deficiencies by processing customer and account source documents
- Resolve deficiencies by following standard practices or returning incomplete documents to the supervisor for resolution
- Register customer and account data by inputting the alphabetic and numeric information
- Merge data from multiple systems when information is incomplete or purge duplicates
- Secure information by utilizing database backups
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential
Position Requirements:
- Previous data entry experience is needed
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and receptive to an opportunity to learn and develop expertise
- Strong computer skills including database lookup, online research, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
