RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with learning and development team
- Maintain, refine, and support training curriculum and learning materials including ColorCode and the Cardinal Process
- Deliver engaging process training for technicians and support staff
- Upload and manage training content within the LMS
- Coordinate trainings, meetings, schedules, rooms, and follow-up communication
- Coach and reinforce company service processes and standards
- Facilitate both small or large group sessions and presentations
- Utilize technology effectively to support learning and communication
- Build strong working relationships across departments
- Be a brand ambassador to our core values and culture
