The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and overall well-being. This position involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. The Associate Dentist will work closely with a team of dental professionals to create a welcoming and efficient environment for patients. Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active California Dental License.
- CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a clinical dental setting, particularly in a general practice.
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills .
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
- Educate patients on preventive care and proper oral hygiene techniques.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth workflow and patient care.
